fangasmicIt's that time again! Time for a fresh instalment of delicious not-recs. Maybe fresh is the wrong word. I get the impression a lot of these stories could use a bit of a wash down there. And maybe some prescription cream or something.
But uh, never mind that. More importantly, it is 8pm. Do you know where your favourite characters are?
You know if this had just been a post-apocalyptic slave recovery thing I might totally get it. Maybe. But why is someone suddenly the heir to the presidency of the United States? And living in Canada with Jensen and Jared who are described kind of like pets? No, you know what, never mind. I don't think I want to know. Let's just pretend we didn't find some kind of J2 AU that crosses over with National Treasure. National Treasure deserves better.
Okay, that's a lie. But this is one story that sometimes slips through my _finders filter. You know, someone describes a story and it sounds both strange and insanely dumb and somehow intriguing and you stalk the comments for three days only to find out you wrote it. I didn't write this one, but I've read it enough times that you'd think I'd never accidentally open it. You would be wrong.

I would make this into a science post, but it would be either really short or really long. Suffice to say: ZQ wants to take CP savagely but CP is always too busy being beaten up by an abusive girlfriend. CP, your life is hard.
Reasons my reading of SGA trailed off: there are, sadly, only so many times I can read about John selling it on the street and it (surprise!) going badly before I want to punch myself in the face repeatedly. Also I am addicted to the hurt/comfort tag. It's part of the reason I'm so addicted to badfic. So. Addicted.
